Historic Opportunity: Apply for the Inaugural Lead Clermont 2026 Scholarship!
The Clermont Chamber of Commerce Foundation is thrilled to announce its first-ever Lead Clermont Community Leadership Program Scholarship! This is a unique, one-time scholarship that will fully cover the tuition for one deserving individual to participate in the prestigious LEAD Clermont Class of 2026.
The scholarship covers the full tuition ($2,950) for the upcoming LEAD Clermont program. Scholarship application must be received by Friday, June 13.
A finalist will be selected and notified no later than July 1, 2025, in order to coordinate with the LEAD Clermont program schedule.
Each year, the Clermont Chamber proudly sponsors an internal team member for the LEAD Clermont Community Leadership Program, a vital initiative administered by the Clermont Chamber Foundation. It's a cornerstone of our efforts to develop leaders and strengthen Clermont County.
This year, however, we don't have an internal candidate. Rather than let this valuable opportunity go unused, and to efficiently utilize our financial resources, we're excited to offer this one-time scholarship directly to the community.
This scholarship aims to identify and support an emerging or established leader in our community. We're looking for someone who demonstrates a commitment to servant leadership, civic engagement, and a desire to contribute meaningfully to Clermont County's future. This aligns perfectly with our ongoing efforts to invest in individuals who will shape the region's economic vitality and quality of life.
This scholarship is open to individuals who:
- Live or work in Clermont County.
- Have a demonstrated commitment to leadership and community service.
- May not otherwise have access to professional development funds or employer support.
- May not be able to afford the program tuition on their own.
- Are interested in building lasting relationships, learning about the county’s assets and challenges, and expanding their impact through leadership.
We especially encourage applicants from small businesses, nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, or unaffiliated community leaders.
During this 10-month program, you’ll develop leadership and team building skills, connect with local business leaders, and build relationships that last far beyond your class experience!
