The Small Business Best Practices Awards are presented at the Clermont Chamber of Commerce Annual Meeting to selected Clermont Chamber members in the following categories:

Emerging Small Business Award (1 - 50 employees)
An organization with entrepreneurial spirit that is positioning itself to grow substantially into the future.

Customer Focus Award (1 - 50 employees and 51 - 250 employees)
An organization that has implemented policies that demonstrate a commitment to customers by showing extreme attention to detail and follow up.

Innovative Business Practice Award (1 - 50 employees and 51 - 250 employees)
An organization demonstrating unique and inventive practices, products, or procedures.

Growth Award (New Jobs Created) (51 - 250 employees)
An organization that has posted a significant increase (generally 25 or more) in new jobs during the past 24 months.
