2012 Legislative Luncheon Dates :

January 13, 2012; March 9, 2012; September 14, 2012; November 9, 2012

The Chamber organizes several Legislative Luncheons and special candidate forums each year in an effort to provide relevant information about issues that affect area businesses and community life. Speakers are selected from elected and appointed governmental leaders at the township, county, state and federal levels. These legislative forums address issues such as: local and state ballot issues, proposed tax reform bill, economic development, safety and security issues, and international business. This event also includes a facilitated question and answer segment, which provides the opportunity for attendees to address the featured speaker directly about the issues that our region faces. Registration is required. 

The Audience: The average attendance is 80-150. Key business people, elected and appointed officials, and civic leaders working and doing business in the county.
