National Economist, Brian Beaulieu, addressed a sell-out crowd for the second year at the Clermont Chamber of Commerce Economic Forecast Breakfast sponsored by Grant Career Center, Great Oaks Institute of Technology & Career Development and University of Cincinnati Clermont College.
