Program orientation in summer
Two-day teambuilding retreat in August
Full-day class meetings the first Thursday of each month September - April
Leadership Day in May
Complete team project
Participate in planning of one class day

ATTENDANCE POLICY
Time invested in LEAD Clermont is both valuable and meaningful. Class members must be willing to devote a substantial amount of time to the LEAD Clermont class experience. Participants may not miss more than two class meetings, two projects meetings or one class day planning meeting.
ELIGIBILITY
Class members must reside or transact business in Clermont County for a minimum of one year and demonstrate:
High standards of personal quality and integrity
Sincere interest and possess a record of active involvement in community activities and issues
An occupation or position that reflects achievement relative to age and experience
