Ambassadors

Purpose: to assist with membership retention and expansion through a proactive program of contacting members and non-members and promoting Chamber benefits, events, and services.

Annual Meeting

Purpose: to plan and execute the Annual Meeting and Small Business Awards Luncheon.

Board of Advisors Steering Committee

Purpose:  to provide strategic and tactical planning guidance towards the events, topics, speakers and members associated with this unique and invigorating business forum within the Clermont County community.

Business Expo

Purpose:  to investigate the feasibility of and if feasible, plan and execute a future Business Expo.

Events

Purpose:  to plan and execute Membership Events.

Gather on the Green (Golf Outing)

Purpose: to plan and execute the Gather on the Green event for golfers who enjoy the sport and want to take advantage of the opportunity to network with key business people, civic leaders, and local officials.

Government Affairs Events

Purpose:  to design, market, promote and delivery quality programs and events addressing matters of economic development and government affairs.

Government Affairs Task Force

Purpose:  to carry out special tasks as defined by the Government Affairs Council.  First year special tasks include the Clermont Votes web content, the Agenda 360 program of the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber and the Partnership with the League of Women Voters.

Infrastructure and Environment
Purpose: to organize emerging issues concerning land, air and water, evaluating wetland issues and storm water detention concerns.

Issues Management 
Purpose:  to monitor and evaluate issues relevant to the needs of Chamber membership and recommend appropriate actions to the Board of Directors.

Marketing

Purpose: to plan and execute marketing strategies to help the Chamber accomplish major initiatives.

Membership Development

Purpose: to plan and execute membership growth plan consistent with Chamber major initiatives.

Membership Services

Purpose:  to assess current member services and develop and implement plan to enhance same.

Networking @ Noon

Purpose: to plan and execute Networking @ Noon program.

Pacesetter Awards Dinner

Purpose:  to plan and execute the Pacesetter Awards Dinner.

Small Business Development
Purpose: to oversee the SBDC operations and various small business education classes.

Technology
Purpose: to advise membership on advances and the latest trends in technology, and the effects on business.

Transportation
Purpose: to serve as liaison to the Transportation Improvement District and Clermont County Economic Development Corporation concerning transportation issues and the chamber membership.

Women’s Initiative

Purpose:  to create a meaningful program to meet the needs of female members and to implement the Women’s Event.
