Ambassadors

Purpose: to assist with membership retention and expansion through a proactive program of contacting members and non-members and promoting Chamber benefits, events, and services.

• Committee will contact members from a list selected by staff to invite them to specific events and as a follow up to certain chamber mailings.
• Committee will act as mentors and make contact with them periodically.
• Committee will greet and help integrate members into activities at events and programs

Annual Meeting
Purpose: to plan and execute 2008 Annual Meeting and Small Business Awards.

Business Expo
Purpose:  to investigate the feasibility of and if feasible, plan and execute 2009 Business Expo.

Events
Purpose: to plan and execute Membership Events

Gather on the Green (Golf Outing)
Purpose: to plan and execute the Gather on the Green event for golfers who enjoy the sport and want to take advantage of the opportunity to network with key business people, civic leaders, and local officials.

Government Affairs Events Committee
Purpose: to design, market, promote and delivery quality programs and events addressing matters of economic development and government affairs.

Government Affairs Task Force
Purpose: to carry out special tasks as defined by the Government Affairs Council.  Special tasks defined for 2007 include the Clermont Votes web content, the Agenda 360 program of the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber and the Partnership with the League of Women Voters.

Issues Management Committee
Purpose: to monitor and evaluate issues relevant to the needs of Chamber membership and recommend appropriate actions to the Board of Directors.

Marketing
Purpose: to plan and execute marketing strategies to help the Chamber accomplish 2007 major initiatives.

Membership Development
Purpose: to plan and execute membership growth plan consistent with Chamber 2007 major initiatives.

Membership Services
Purpose: to assess current member services and develop and implement plan to enhance same

Networking@Noon
Purpose: to plan and execute Networking@Noon program.

Pacesetter
Purpose:  to plan and execute the Pacesetter Awards Dinner

Under Forty
Purpose:  to plan and execute a meaningful program for the under 40 workforce

Womens Initiative
Purpose:  to create a meaningful program to meet the needs of female members and to implement the Women’s Event.
