Marvin Blade
Marvin Blade of Duke Energy is the Area Manager for Business Relations in Adams Brown, Clermont, and Hamilton Counties.  Marvin is responsible for leading relation management with community leaders and administering charitable giving in the Central and East Areas. Marvin has been with Duke Energy for 19 years.  He worked the last several years in number of roles in customer service, economic development and business relations with large industrial and institutional customers. A native of Terre Haute, Indiana, he received his B.A. from Indiana State University. 

Ken Geis
Ken is the Vice-President of Cincinnati United Contractors, Inc.  Ken also holds the titles of Director of Operations and the Property Management Director for the company.  Previously, Ken was the Union Township Zoning Director and Township Administrator.  Ken managed the Civic Center Project and has written grants and secured funding for Community Initiative Projects. 

Chip Gerhardt
Charles H. "Chip" Gerhardt, III, is President and Founder of Government Strategies Group, LLC. He is also the former Vice Chairman of the Hamilton County Republican Party. Chip has an extensive background in the fields of economic development, government affairs and issues advocacy. He has worked in these areas both in the private and public sectors, and on local and statewide levels. Chip received his B.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Notre Dame and his Juris Doctor from the St. Louis University School of Law. Chip currently serves on Ohio's Transportation Review Advisory Council, a board responsible for allocating funds to major new transportation projects in the state. He also serves on the Hamilton County Board of Elections, the Cincinnati Museum Center Board of Trustees, the Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Garden Board of Trustees, the National Down Syndrome Society as well as numerous other boards and commissions. He resides in Cincinnati, Ohio with his wife, Jane, and their three children.

Kraig Gordon
President of Gordon Construction, Inc. Mr. Gordon is also Treasurer of Clermont County Community Improvement Corporation (CIC) and member of the Loan Committee of Horizon Certified Development Company.  Kraig completed a B.S. in Civil Engineering, an M.S. in Engineering Management and a Professional Degree in Engineering Management from the University of Missouri.  He enjoys cooking great food, drinking great wine and golf.  Kraig is especially pleased that his company can help many small to medium businesses achieve their dream of owning their own building.  He enjoys working in Clermont County and helping it grow. 

Erick Harback
Erick is the Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking for Park National Bank of Southwest Ohio and Northern Kentucky. He leads a team of 16 commercial banking officers who serve the banking needs of small and medium sized businesses across an eight county market. Prior to joining Park National, Erick worked for Fifth Third Bank for five years as the commercial credit manager for their Northern Kentucky affiliate.  Preceding this role, he worked as a specialty lender in the agricultural sector for Farm Credit Services for eleven years. Erick currently serves as the Treasurer of the Board of Directors for Inter-Parish Ministry.  This is a 40 year-old non-profit based in Newtown, which serves those in Clermont County and Eastern Hamilton County who face financial hardships.   He is a member of the Outreach Committee of St. Timothy’s Episcopal Church. Erick received an undergraduate degree in finance and real estate from Kent State University.  He began his MBA studies at Cleveland State University, and completed that degree at the University of Cincinnati. He enjoys camping, fishing, hiking, and basketball with his two boys (13 & 10) and his wife Ellen.

 

John Greiwe
Vice President of Business Development for the Miller-Valentine Group.  John has over 24 years experience serving private business, public institutions and not-for-profit entities while creating a wide variety of building and real estate solutions.  He has a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Cincinnati, and has certification both as a registered architect (NCARB) and a certified commercial investment member (CCIM) an affiliate of The National Association of Realtors.  Mr. Greiwe actively participates on several boards and committees and is affiliated with a variety of professional and civic organizations.

Steve Hood
A Partner at Kamphaus, Henning & Hood Certified Public Accountants, Inc., Steve received his CPA in 1977 and became a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.  Steve received the Clermont Chamber of Commerce Small Business Best Practice Award – Business Advocate in 2000.  He is the Chairman of the Clermont Chamber of Commerce Board of Advisors.  Steve enjoys travel and golf.

Cindy Jenkins

Executive Director of Clermont 20/20, Inc.:  A Vision for Leadership. Cindy is a Board Member of the Clermont Senior Services, Inc., of RiverHills Bank, Clermont Convention and Visitors Bureau, and the Ohio College Access Network.  She is on the Educational Excellence Action Team of the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber Agenda 360 and serves on the Clermont County Housing Advisory Committee, The Clermont Community Fund of the Greater Cincinnati Foundation Advisory Committee, the Ohio State University Committee for Community Development and the Clermont Advisory Committee.  Cindy was awarded the Clermont County Leadership Award in 2000, The Clermont Chamber Edward J. Parrish Pacesetter Award in 2005 and the Orpha Gatch Citizenship Award in 2002. 

 

Jeff Lykins
President of the Lykins Companies. Jeff has served on the Board of Directors of the Ohio Petroleum Marketers and C-Stores Association. He serves on the Board of Directors and on the Executive Committee of the National Oil Heat Research Alliance and as Chairman, Vice Chairman and Treasurer of the Petroleum Marketers of America and also as Chairman of the Brands Committee and as a member of the Executive and Nominating Committees.  He is President of the Clermont County Community Improvement Corporation and is on the Board of Directors of the National Bank & Trust in Wilmington, Ohio. Jeff attended the University of Cincinnati, is a private pilot and enjoys deep sea fishing and boating.

Andy McCreanor
Following 35 years in banking and finance, Andy currently consults with clients concerning strategic planning, business plans and branding projects.  He serves on the Board of United Way of Greater Cincinnati, is the Treasurer of the Clermont Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and is Secretary/Treasurer of ED3C.  He serves on United Way Eastern Area Action Council, Clermont Senior Services, U.C. Clermont Education Advisory Board and The Clermont Fund-Greater Cincinnati Foundation.  Andy has a Bachelor of Arts degree in management and marketing from Wilmington College.  He has diplomas from the American Institute of Banking, Retail Banking and Organizational Management, The American Bankers Association, Retail Credit School at the University of Colorado.  Andy is learning to fly fish and enjoys watching football, baseball and college basketball as well as watching his grandkids play sports. 

Susan McHugh
General Manager/Editor of the 27 Community Press/Community Recorder newspapers in Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. Susan attended Bowling Green State University.  She has been on the Board of Directors of Clermont 20/20, on the Great Oaks Business Advisory Council and was President of the Anderson Township Chamber of Commerce.  Susan currently devotes her community involvement time to the Clermont Chamber of Commerce and enjoys travel.

Dave McNutt
Senior Vice President of Claims and Leadership Board Member for American Modern Insurance Group.  Dave has served as Chairman of the Claims Committee for the Property Casualty Insurers Association of America and is a member of the Advisory Boards for Cunningham Lindsey and Marshall/Swift & Boeckh.  He is an active member of the South Carolina Wind and Hail Association and past President of the Greenhills-Forest Park Kiwanis Club.  Dave is a graduate of Ohio State University, holding a BA in Industrial Psychology and designations including Associate in Claims and Senior Claims Law Associate.

Greg Niesen
Owner, President/CEO and Board Member of RiverHills Bank, NA. Greg is a Certified Public Accountant with a specialty in community banks.  He has served for twenty years in financial institutions with companies ranging in asset size from $55 million to $13 billion.  He is the current Past-President of the Ohio Valley Financial Managers Society, is a member of the Ohio Society of CPA’s and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  Greg received his BBA with a major in Accounting & Marketing from the University of Cincinnati and is a Certified Public Accountant.  He enjoys golf, professional reading and professional and college sports events.

John Nelson
Business Human Resources Manager – Mill Manufacturing for International Paper.  John is responsible for staffing, training and development, employee engagement, diversity enhancement programs, compensation and all other aspects of human resource management for several hundred employees on the International Paper campus.  Additionally, he recruits for the company’s mill-manufacturing function and is responsible for site management and community and public relations for the Cincinnati Technology Center that currently employs over 700 employees.  John received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science and his Masters in Public Administration from Middle Tennessee State University.  He received his CPA Certificate/Designation for the State of Tennessee.  He enjoys reading, bicycling and walking nature trails. 

Carolyn Rolfes
President of Potterhill Homes and Marketing Director of Holiday Homes.  Carolyn has a BS in Marketing from the University of Phoenix and an Executive MBA from Xavier University.  She is a Board Member of the Homeownership Center of Greater Cincinnati, of Boys Hope Girls Hope of Cincinnati, The Homebuilders Association of Greater Cincinnati and The Madisonville Community Urban Redevelopment Corporation.  Carolyn enjoys travel and skiing.

Mary Makley Wolff
Trustee for Miami Township. Mary is Chairperson for the Coalition on Aging of Milford and Miami Township, Co-Chairperson for the Public Safety Service Committee, Secretary to the Council on Aging of the Cincinnati Area, Inc., Advisory Council Member to Talbert House Governmental Affairs, Board Member at Willow Wood-Helping Children Through Their Grief, Member of the League of Women Voters. Mary graduated from the University of Dayton with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She received her Master’s degree from Wright State University in Counseling and Gerontology.
